Every client receives one package per invoice: the invoice, the tax invoice, proof of broadcast and the client's own order. The system finds and matches each document across about a thousand files, reads client orders in any layout, names each package and holds back anything that does not add up. A person approves every package, and nothing is sent automatically.

The challenge

Each billing cycle, two to three people spent two to three full days finding, cutting and merging about 1,000 files from three TV channels.
