A talent coordinator pastes a season schedule in plain Indonesian. The AI turns it into episodes, matches every named person to the talent roster and groups the work into one contract per person per role. Rule checks run first, then an AI second opinion, and Legal approves or returns each contract.

The challenge

Contracts were typed one at a time from a schedule, and talent details were checked by hand. It was slow, repetitive and easy to get wrong.
