Marketing enters the programme schedule and the approved prices. The system produces the monthly advertising rate card as a finished PDF, with an approval form, a list of what changed since last month and distribution to sales and clients. Every price is copied from the approved list, never retyped.

The challenge

The rate card was rebuilt by hand in spreadsheets every month. Copying hundreds of prices invited mistakes, and sales quoted those mistakes to clients.
